Having undergone a fabulous renovation the is now a cozy five-bedroom family house with a double-height entrance and an interior that exudes elegance and inviting warmth.

The private spaces are housed on the top level that offers scenic views even as it opens up into the beautiful backyard. Relaxing nooks next to the pool lots of greenery and a street façade that offers complete privacy ensure that this inimitable residence is transformed into a serene and tranquil hub with luxurious modern comforts!

A sculptural floating staircase leads to the top level that houses the serene bedrooms and the spa-like bathrooms. The basement of the house offers an additional living area complete with ab entertainment unit a personal wine cellar and a dedicated home gym.

The foyer and the living room combine a dash of the classic Hollywood Regency look with a mid-century approach while vintage additions like bright neon signs steal the show with ease. Horizontal black and white stripes in the entrance hall vintage framed posters and a giant vase welcome you gleefully.

Crafted to exude a sense of grandeur by DBALP the fascinating private residence is spread across three different levels and welcomes you with a lovely walkway a fish pond and a fabulous water feature with a fountain. Combining several different textures the house transitions between open and closed spaces as each one flows into the next in an effortless manner.

Sometimes I dare to dream or maybe it’s my way of motivating myself. But I really hope that one day I will be able to retreat to a summer house somewhere in the woods.
