While the street façade of the offers ample privacy the rear of the residence opens up to offer captivating views of the surrounding landscape. Designed by K_M Architektur the floating design of the house gives it an inimitable silhouette while the scenic backdrop adds to its visual appeal.
To minimize the impact of the building to the site — it’s a hybrid structure made entirely of wood with some steel and very little concrete — the architects also ensured that the house is completely off the grid. Which is why independent sources of heat and electricity were added.
